There is of course more to Magnolia Champaca Champak Michelia, this variety produces large yellow / pale-orange flowers that are sweetly perfumed with quite an alluring fragrance, making this variety a popular choice as a feature tree in larger garden or public spaces.

The beautiful foliage of Magnolia Champaca Champak Michelia ensure this evergreen tree which generally grows to around 3 - 4m in the first 5 years (faster in the sub-tropics, slower in Southern Australia), is suitable for a range of high-end applications such as large tree screening in the landscaping industry, as well as for large designer gardens, often as a specimen tree.

Now the Climbing Fig i can say have never had a problem with what i have purchased .
The seed i have received is sitting in fridge to give a chilly winter rest as they arrived in winter .
Come spring they will come out sit for a short while and have some pre treatment before planting/
With help of nature i then hope with in a few months to have the seedlings starting to sprout ..
