RETURNS

We recognise on the odd occasion that you may receive an item that is not quite what you are after or you may no longer have a use for the item as your circumstances have changed. To assist, we offer a 30-day return policy on all our items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for returning your item. Please include proof of purchase such as your order reference number.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned to us in a new and unused condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Additional non-returnable items include:
- Seeds or seed packaging that has been opened, tampered with or planted
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Upon receiving a returned item, the item will be inspected to confirm it is in a new and unused condition. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

All refunds are applied to the original method of payment within 1-5 business days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping costs (if charged on the original order) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery on all of our products purchased from this online store - a bulky item surcharge may apply to wholesale or quoted orders.

We deliver to any address or post office box located within the Australian postal system. International shipping to countries outside of Australia is currently unavailable.

Orders received before 10am Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, will be dispatched the same day. If we experience an unusually large number of orders, we may change the 10am cut-off to an earlier time so that we can keep our promise to the customers who have already placed their orders.

If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, We will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at the delivery address specified in your order.

If you are not at the delivery address to collect your order, our courier will either a) attempt to leave your order in a safe place, or b) leave a calling card for redelivery or collection from a nearby agent.

If your order is undeliverable we (or our courier) will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. We may charge you a fee for any re-deliveries.

Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to the product passes to you on delivery.

Title to the product remains with us until we receive the full price of the product from you in cleared funds.

Due to quarantine restrictions by some Australian states, we are unable to send some products to Western Australia or Tasmania. As the buyer and importer, you are responsible to ensure you are complying with the local quarantine requirements. If you make a purchase, we will send your order on the understanding that we are not liable for the import responsibility, costs and risk of confiscation.
