You can add any availble product to your cart. Simply select the pack size option, colour or other option (if applicable) and then choose a quantity. If a pack size option is selected, quantity refers to the number of packs of the selected size.

Delivery is FREE within Australia (excluding quotes or wholesale orders that may incur a bulky item surcharge).

We deliver REALLY FAST (one - three business days) to Australian east coast metro areas, and QUITE FAST (four - six business days) to all other Australian metro areas... Just get your order in by 11am Monday to Thursday and we'll get packing!

For all other areas within Australia, freight times will vary. But we can assure you we'll have your order sent the same day for orders received before 11am Monday to Thursday.

We ship our products to all Australian addresses including PO Boxes.

Most of you will have your order carefully delivered by our friends at Fastway Couriers. We work really closely with Fastway to ensure the delivery experience is as seamless as possible.

Regional areas may be serviced by Australia Post and in WA it could be a number of different carriers (all of whom do a great job!).

Small items are sent by letter mail through Australia Post.

When you place your order there is a space for delivery instructions (use Order Notes) that will be printed on the label for the driver. Otherwise we will request the courier to leave your order in a safe place if you're not at home.

If there isn't anywhere safe to leave your order, you can also tell us not to leave your order without a signature. Just pick the signature on delivery option at checkout (a delivery surcharge may be applied).

If you want to cancel your order for any reason please email us at info@theclimbingfig.com.au and write URGENT in the email subject line. We will likely read your email first if your order is yet to be processed.

N.B. Because we try to deliver very promptly, it isn't always possible to cancel the delivery. The warehouse team moves as fast as lightning!

You can print tax invoices from your account page. Simply login to your account and open the order number you wish to print. To print a tax invoice for the opened order, select the Print Tax Invoice button on the order details page.

Returns

We pride ourselves on providing a great range of premium products at the very best prices, but despite our best efforts to provide high quality photos and accurate product descriptions, we recognise on the odd occasion a customer may receive an item that is not quite what they are after.

Please email us at info@theclimbingfig.com.au within 30 days of your order and we'll sort it out for you.

We will accept returns for items returned to us in a new or unused condition. Unfortunately seeds or seed packaging that has been opened, tampered with or planted, may not be returned.
