Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We are delighted to offer FREE delivery on all of our products purchased from this online store - a bulky item surcharge may apply to wholesale or quoted orders.

We deliver to any address or post office box located within the Australian postal system. International shipping to countries outside of Australia is currently unavailable.

Orders received before 10am Monday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, will be dispatched the same day. If we experience an unusually large number of orders, we may change the 10am cut-off to an earlier time so that we can keep our promise to the customers who have already placed their orders.

If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, We will send you a replacement order as soon as we can. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 7 days we will offer you a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at the delivery address specified in your order.

If you are not at the delivery address to collect your order, our courier will either a) attempt to leave your order in a safe place, or b) leave a calling card for redelivery or collection from a nearby agent.

If your order is undeliverable we (or our courier) will contact you to arrange for re-delivery. We may charge you a fee for any re-deliveries.

Risk of damage, loss or deterioration to the product passes to you on delivery.

Title to the product remains with us until we receive the full price of the product from you in cleared funds.

Due to quarantine restrictions by some Australian states, we are unable to send some products to Western Australia or Tasmania. As the buyer and importer, you are responsible to ensure you are complying with the local quarantine requirements. If you make a purchase, we will send your order on the understanding that we are not liable for the import responsibility, costs and risk of confiscation.

We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
