This popular cultivar is often grown as a cut-flower due to its long (~50cm+) upright stems, and bright cheerful flowers in stunning tones of pink, rose and red, with the signature raised yellow centres. Pyrethrum Daisy Robinson's Giant Mix requires very little maintenance, is reasonably drought tolerant and generally flowers from Spring through to Autumn, making it a popular choice for the warmer months through to about Mother's day in Australia (May). Pyrethrum Daisy Robinson's Giant Mix is a member of the Asteracea family and has variously has been categorised as a pyrethrum or chrysanthemum daisy, but in any case is a painted daisy cultivar of Tanacetum coccineum.
