Spinach Evermore Bloomsdale is a popular cultivar of the hardy Bloomsdale spinach varieties, one of the heaviest yielding and most resilient varieties of spinach. Spinach Evermore Bloomsdale is a day-neutral variety of spinach, so it does just as well in Spring or warm weather, as the fussier spinach varieties that only tolerate cold and short days. This is not to say that you could grow this in Antarctica or the Simpson Desert, but in general terms, it is definitely the most versatile spinach variety we have grown, which has a surprisingly long harvest window, often extending over several months. The young leaves of Spinach Evermore Bloomsdale are very tender (great source of baby spinach leaves) and are perfect for use in fresh salads, while the more mature leaves can be used for cooking pastries, stir-fry, pasta and all your favourites. Spinach is rich in vitamins A, B, E, K and C, mineral salts, magnesium, folate and iron. Spinach English is a species of Spinacia Oleracea.
