Petunia Royal Red is a spectacular variety of petunia producing an abundance of very large velvet red flowers with burgundy-black speckling in the throats of these stunningly beautiful flowers. This extremely heavy flowering variety is suitable as a bedding plant, in borders, in window boxes and in many other garden settings where this brilliant bright red flowering compact ground-cover will add bucket-fulls of colour. Petunias are easy to grow and provide spectacular colour from Spring through to late Autumn. A light trim after the first flush of flowers will ensure heavy flowering throughout the season. Petunia Royal Red is an improved selection of the traditional species of Petunia nana compacta.
